How to Activate your UT FLEX debit card and online account.
Inspira Financial is your new UT FLEX administrator. Complete two tasks to take full advantage of your account features. 1) Activate your card. 2) Activate your online account.
Important: You’ll be asked for the last 4 digits of your Employee ID. For UT FLEX members, that means the last 4 digits of your Benefits ID number. Your ID number has 8 characters. It sometimes has “UTS0” listed before it, like on your medical card.
To activate your UT FLEX card, call (877) 261-9951. To activate your UT FLEX online account, visit mybenefits.inspirafinancial.com if it’s before September 1, or myutflex.com on or after September 1.
