This edition of the publication, ‘The Full Bench: The Laws That Shape Us’, is a thought provoking collection of student submissions which recognise that the law is capable of both restriction and providing freedoms, requiring constant reform and review to ensure that
they are serving an appropriate purpose in a contemporary world. This particular collection will navigate the role of the law in impacting the lives and rights of different groups and communities, for example through Native Title and the legalisation of marriage equality.
