Once enrolled, if you are a biology undergraduate who meets the program requirements, you can apply to the Dental Early Acceptance Program (DEAP), a 3+4 BS/DDS dual-degree program to earn a bachelor's degree from our College of Sciences and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from our School of Dentistry within seven years.
Dual-Degree Pathway to Medical Laboratory Science
Once enrolled, if you are studying biology, chemistry or microbiology/ immunology and meet the requirements, you can apply to the Medical Laboratory Science Early Acceptance Program, a 3+2 BS/MLS dual-degree program to earn a bachelor's degree from our College of Sciences and a Master of Science in Medical Laboratory Science from our School of Health Professions within five years.
Dual-Degree Pathway to Physical Therapy
Once enrolled, if you are majoring in biology or kinesiology and meet the requirements, you can apply to the Physical Therapy Early Acceptance Program, a 3+3 BS/DPT dual-degree program where students can earn a bachelor's degree from our College of Sciences or College for Health, Community and Policy and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from our School of Health Professions within six years.
Dual-Degree Pathway to Respiratory Care
Once enrolled, if you are studying biology or kinesiology and meet the requirements, you can apply to the Respiratory Care Early Acceptance Program (RCEAP), a 3+2 BS/MSRC dual-degree program to earn a bachelor's degree from our College of Sciences or College for Health, Community and Policy and a Master of Science in Respiratory Care from our School of Health Professions within five years.
Pathway to Nursing
Once enrolled, if you are a Multidisciplinary Studies undergraduate and meet the program requirements, you can apply to the 2+2 BS/BSN Facilitated Agreement to Nursing School (FANS) program to earn two bachelor's degrees, including a bachelor's degree from our School of Nursing, within four years.

If your high school transcript does not show a rank, we will assign a rank. You will also be subject to general admission requirements.
SAT or ACT scores are not required for admission but will be considered if submitted. We highly recommend submitting test scores because some scholarships and majors require them. If you do not meet guaranteed admission requirements, you will be considered for admission under holistic review.
You may need to meet additional major-specific requirements in order to be admitted directly into a college and major. These programs are identified with a Δ symbol in the Areas of Study section. If you meet our general requirements but not the stated major requirements, you will be admitted into University College in a focused studies pathway that is based on the academic studies program you selected when you applied. You will then be able to work toward meeting prerequisites needed to declare your major. future.utsa.edu/studies
You will be automatically considered for Honors College eligibility based on your admission application. To officially join the Honors College, you must receive an invitation and submit an acceptance. As an Honors College student, you can come from any major and enjoy many benefits, including priority registration, additional scholarship opportunities and an experiential curriculum. To be considered for an Honors invitation, you must meet Distinguished Presidential Scholarship criteria and/or go through an individual review until the class is full.

Credit Card: If you did not pay your fee when you submitted your application, you'll be able to pay it once we receive your application and you gain access to your myUTSA Admissions portal.
Fee Waiver: Visit future.utsa.edu/feewaiver to see if you qualify for a fee waiver. You will have to demonstrate a financial need.
Self-reported Transcript and Academic Record System (STARS): Submit and link your academic records through the myUTSA Admissions portal. Once you have access to the portal, you'll be able to verify the link. STARS can help you get an admission decision faster.
Note: If you can't submit your academic record through STARS, you can also send your high school transcript to us.
Dual Credit: If you have earned college credit in high school, submit official college transcripts upon completion of your dual credit.
SAT/ACT: UT San Antonio's ACT Code is 4239 and SAT Code is 6919. SAT or ACT scores are not required for admission, but considered if submitted.
ELP: As an international student, you must submit your English Language Proficiency scores directly from the testing agency. Testing agency codes can be found at future.utsa.edu/international.

myUTSA Admissions Portal: Once we receive your application and you get access to your myUTSA Admissions portal, you'll see a checklist of remaining items, documents, or forms required to complete your admissions file.
Essay & Recommendation Letters: These items do not appear on your admission checklist because they are recommended; however, if you're undergoing a holistic review, we encourage you to submit an essay and two letters of recommendation. If you graduated high school early, submit a letter of recommendation from your counselor.
You'll get an email to claim your myUTSA ID, which you will use to log into our myUTSA Admissions portal at my.future.utsa.edu. Once logged in, click your application to find your status and admission checklist. Be sure to check your email often for updates!
All required documents, transcripts, fees and optional test scores must be received by the deadline listed below to be considered for admission. Decisions are released on a rolling basis. Some financial aid programs require you to apply and/or be admitted, so be mindful of aid-related deadlines!

To access this scholarship application, you must first submit an admission application to us. Then when you get your myUTSA ID, log into our Scholarship Hub and submit the Scholarship Hub’s General Application by January 15. To be considered for scholarships, you must also have a completed admission application file, including optional test scores, transcripts, fees, etc. by January 15.
Even after January 15, you are encouraged to visit the Hub often as new scholarship opportunities are added throughout the year.

To receive financial aid, you must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on studentaid.gov Our FAFSA Code is 010115.
File your FAFSA by our priority deadline of Jan 15 for fall or Nov 1 for spring. Certain aid options, like grants, are offered based on our priority deadline. These dates may be modified if there are any changes within the U.S. Department of Education or the State of Texas.
