NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual meeting of the members of Big Bend Electric Cooperative Inc., is being held at the Red Lion Hotel in Pasco, Washington, on Saturday, March 21, 2026, commencing at 10:30 a.m., for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following matters, set forth herein or attached hereto and by reference incorporated herein: 1. Election of trustees to fill terms currently expiring on the board of trustees. 2. Reports of officers relative to the affairs of the cooperative. 3.
