Who qualifies for the CSFP? To qualify to receive benefits from the CSFP, one must meet the following criteria: Be a Utah resident. Be 60 years of age or older. Have an annual income that is at or below 130% of the federal poverty guidelines. Once certified to receive benefits, certification will have to be renewed annually.
How can I receive CSFP benefits? To participate in the CSFP, fill out an application and submit it to Utah Food Bank (UFB), which directly operates the program and distributes food to the program's participants. Applications can be found at the QR code * on the next page.

Packages are delivered monthly to a delivery site determined by the UFB. Along the Wasatch Front, packages may be delivered directly to homes or to senior housing. Outside of this area, packages can be picked up at other sites that will be assigned near where you live.
