CLUB HOUSE UPDATE: FINAL APPROVALS SECURED

The Fire Marshal has officially signed off on the building, and the swimming pool is now fully approved by both the Health and Building Departments — meaning all inspections and safety requirements have been successfully completed.

Wind breaks have been installed around the tennis and pickleball courts, creating a more comfortable playing experience, and epoxy flooring begins this coming week — a clear sign we’re moving into the final finishing stages. Excitement is building as everything comes together.

COMMERCAIL UPDATE

This building is designed to serve as a retail center accommodating up to four tenants. The initial space will be developed for a beauty salon, while the remaining tenant areas, ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet, are available for lease. Stay tuned for more updates!
