Your USC NetID MUST be activated before you can proceed. If your NetID is NOT yet activated, please visit USC NetID Account Services: itservices.usc.edu/uscnetid.
ACCESS TO THE MYSHR PORTAL Go to usc.edu/myshr and login with your USC NetID credentials.
PHOTOS OF YOUR INSURANCE CARD (IF WAIVING INSURANCE) Take a photo of the front & back of your insurance card if you want to WAIVE and use your existing insurance.
