REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL MODULES The university requires new undergraduate students to take educational modules related to individual decision-making on important topics, including alcohol and other drugs (“AlcoholEdu”); consent and sexual respect (“Sexual Assault Prevention”); diversity and inclusion (“Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Students”); and staying safe at USC (“Staying Safe”). These modules are assigned to your student via the student portal, my.usc.edu. When students arrive on campus and classes begin, they will take an inperson workshop on affirmative consent. This live session “CHRSH 01 Trojans Respect Consent,” offered via Zoom or in-person on campus, will be available via TrojanLearn at trojanlearn.usc.edu). Workshops are offered at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. Students are encouraged to sign up for and complete this training within one month of beginning their academic career at USC. Visit my.usc.edu to check on your assigned modules.
