• Cold/flu symptoms • Low-level fever • Sore throat • Eye or ear infection • Sprained ankle • Small cuts that may require stitches • Shortness of breath • Painful urination Estimated Wait Time: (Non-Emergencies)

When to consider the Emergency Room: • High fever • Chest pain or difficulty breathing • Persistent vomiting or diarrhea • Serious injury, like a deep knife cut • Broken bone • Head injury or feared concussion Estimated Wait Time: (Non-Emergencies)
