A JOINT WRITER'S MEDAL, valued at twenty-five dollars, will be given by the two societies to the writer of the best article .appearing in THE MESSENGER during the year. All contributions should be haoded to the department editors or the Editor-in-Chief by the 1st of the month preceding.
