Film Print Requirements Requirements

Capable of printing fine detail, smaller logos and brighter colours, this form of printing consists of a thin layer of film that is applied to the surface of your product. Unlike other printing methods, film printing is stretchable, without any crumbling or tearing of the design, very heat resistant and proven to keep its vivid colours through at least 50 washes and more.

• Logos/pictures must be provided in vector-format or be no smaller than 1Mb. Vectors are ideal to ensure no pixelation on the final print. Any other format cannot guarantee a crisp finish to your logo.

• An initial set-up fee will apply (please refer to T & C’s) *

Embroidery can be used as a fine art medium and allows you to create perfect logos and pictures. It can bear high temperatures, resist heavy laundering, and cannot be discoloured unlike most printing mediums.

Patch/Badge Embroider

Patch embroidery is not directly embroidered onto the material. It is placed on top of the fabric and either ironed or sewn into place. Custom patches may also be applied using special adhesives.

3D - Embroider

3D or “Puff” embroidery is a technique where the thread is sewn over a foam piece to create a raised design. This is a fantastic technique which allows your design stand out against the fabric.
