Frozen essentials

Frozen foods are increasingly being recognised as healthy thanks to their ability to ‘lock in’ freshness

The British Frozen Food Federation backs up these claims and reports that frozen sprouts, carrots and broccoli contain more antioxidants than their fresh counterparts.
