(Portland OR 1994 w/ZGF) The River District Strategic Investment Plan was a presentation to Senator Mark Hatfield and the public by the River District Steering committee outlining the River District Vision. It included 4 interrelated project focus areas consisting of Union Station/Old Town, Terminal One, Pearl District, and theTanner Creek Basin/Park. Just as importantly, in order to appreciate the River District's potential, the document views it in the context of Portland's past achievements and what is planned for the future.
