(Springfield, Queensland Australia w/ZGF) A workshop/charette held with a commitment to deliver rail service and ensure complimentary devleopment along with it. The purpose of the charette was to give impetus to the process by: 1.) enabling stakeholders to develop and adopt a common vision, 2.) Identifying current and future opportuntiies, 3.) Generate alternative approaches and design concepts for future development, 4.) Distill design principles from the body of information developed in the charette, 5.) Recommend design solutions for further detailed consideration, and 6.) Get the best possible outcome for the community by examining the full potential now.
