01 | LETTER FROM DR . BAILEY

Dear Colleagues, Partners and Friends,

It is with great pride and gratitude that I share this annual impact report from the Division of Student Academic Success. The 2025 calendar year was rooted in establishing purpose and identity, increasing operational efficiencies, strengthening campus partnerships, scaling student support services and securing external resources to support our efforts.

At the heart of our work is a clear mission: to foster equitable access, educational support and academic advising that help students stay on track and graduate on time. Every initiative we launched, every student we advised and every program we refined was guided by this commitment

A defining milestone this year was the launch of our Strategic Plan (2025–30). This comprehensive roadmap establishes a bold vision to become leading champions of undergraduate student achievement through datadriven strategies and coordinated, campus-wide action. Organized around four strategic priorities, strengthening first-year transitions, fostering equitable access and belonging, increasing second-year persistence and deepening partnerships and communication the plan provides measurable goals and clear performance indicators that will guide our work through 2030. More than a document, the strategic plan represents our shared commitment to

intentional growth, accountability and continuous improvement in service of student success.

Our progress in 2025 was made possible because of our dedicated staff, campus collaborators and community supporters who believe deeply in the power of educational support to transform lives. Their work and effort reflects a shared understanding that student success is not accidental; it is intentional, structured and sustained As we look ahead, we remain committed to refining our practices, leveraging data to drive decision-making and innovating in ways that meet the evolving needs of our students.

Thank you for your continued partnership and belief in this important work. Together, we are building systems of support that position students to succeed in college and chart a path toward lasting achievement

Sincerely,
