How can I book flights and/or additional hotel nights?

Our agents will be happy to assist you with adding flights to your booking or arranging hotel nights for the start or end of your journey.

Can I travel on a Luxury Gold journey as a solo traveler?

Our small-group journeys are perfect if you’re traveling on your own. Our smaller group size is ideal for meeting like-minded people, while your Travel Concierges and Cruise Managers tend to all the details of your tour. Please note that, as per-person fares are based on double occupancy in hotel rooms and ship cabins, Single Supplement fees will apply.

How many people will be on my tour?

Our small-group journeys have a maximum of 24, allowing you to enjoy a personal experience on your tour. For the river cruise portion of your itinerary, capacity varies by ship, averaging just 120 guests per cruise for a more intimate onboard atmosphere.

What Concierge Services can I expect?

You’ll experience the finest end-to-end service on all of our journeys. While on your cruise, the Cruise Manager is there to ensure your trip runs smoothly. During land tours, your Travel Concierge is there to help you build an understanding of new places, while also understanding your tastes and preferences to offer personalized touches throughout.

How can I apply my past guest discount?

As a valued past guest with any of our brands, you’re eligible for a discount on your next booking through our loyalty program, Global Tour Rewards.To access your Global Tour Rewards discount, please confirm the name and approximate date of your past trip once you’ve added your passenger details. The discount will be applied before you book.
