Last day to use the change room function in Housing U for optional services.
JULY 24, 2023
Last day for students to select their move-in appointment and change meal plan in Housing U.* *Early arrival dates only granted for students participating in a university-related function. *After this date, students can change their meal plan one time via a form in Housing U.
AUGUST 1, 2023
Students can view their room and meal plan bill online with their tuition bill.
AUGUST 15-18, 2023
Move-In Week. Residents will select their move-in time based on their assigned building. This process begins in June.
AUGUST 21, 2023
First day of fall semester classes!
OCTOBER 8-15, 2023
Fall Break! Residence Halls remain open. Dining hours may be limited.
NOVEMBER 23-26, 2023
Thanksgiving Break! Residence Halls remain open. Dining hours may be limited.
DEC 16, 2023-JAN 5, 2024
Winter Break! Apartments and Lassonde Studios remain open. Residence halls close. Kahlert Village and University Guest House remain open for students who opt in. Dining options may be limited
JANUARY 5, 2024
Spring Move-In Day! Residents may check in beginning at 9 a.m. Meal plan begins with breakfast.

Spring Break! Residence halls remain open. Meal plans are limited to brunch and dinner.
