The Business Administration (B.S.) is for the adult student who wants to strengthen their own management performance or who wants to assume a management position in a variety of areas of including organizational/ operational, logistics, health care, non-profit, service, and human resource management. The goal of this program is to prepare students to meet the challenges and demands they face as managers. Graduates are able to employ a variety of effective managements strategies including: • Organizational change strategies • Organizational behavior research • Human resource management • Facilities management • Service management • Strategic business management
