The Degree in Applied Management is an official, innovative and unique university degree in Spain. It trains students to become experts in organization and management of processes, resources and teams, with fluency in at least three languages and communication skills to work with international texts.
35% of the students in the degree program in Applied Management are international students from different parts of the world.

LEARNING BY DOING METHOD
The degree content is structured in four main areas of knowledge and study: Business Management, Communication and Languages, Digital Management Tools and Core Curriculum.
Each semester, students put into practice the different academic content by working in teams on seven projects with companies from different sectors.
Holders of the Degree in Applied Management are in great demand on the current job market because they have the multidisciplinary profile and professional competences companies need. They stand out for their language skills and overall view of business administration and communication, as well as their mastery of digital management tools. Companies admire their adaptation, problem-solving and teamwork, among students’ other skills.

During the program, students attend workshops and sessions to develop their professional skills and competencies and build their personal brand and professional path.
Classes are not only taught on the University of Navarra campus in Pamplona, but also in other parts of the world through two mandatory international stays. They provide academic, cultural and linguistic immersion that enhances students’ global profile.
First year: Stay in Boston (USA).
Third year: Stay in Paris (France) or Cologne (Germany).
Fourth year: International exchange or company internships.
We also offer the possibility of internships at international companies.
ISSA School of Applied Management has more than 50 bilateral agreements with universities around the world. It also cultivates and maintains close relationships with international and multinational companies. In addition, more than 30% of student classmates are international.

The degree program in Applied Management trains students to become experts in process, resource and people management who have excellent communication skills and are fluent in at least three languages. Through seven projects with real companies, students learn how work is done in the company through practical application of the theoretical knowledge acquired in class.
The degree’s employment rate is the highest at the University of Navarra.


During the last semester of their studies, students have the option of doing an internship at national or international companies or specializing in an academic exchange program.
