INNOVATION AND QUALITY
The degree content is structured around four main areas of knowledge and study: Business Management, Communication and Languages, Digital Management Tools (ICTs) and the Core Curriculum. Each semester, students develop practical experience by working in teams on seven industry projects in collaboration with companies from a variety of sectors.

STUDENT PROFILE
The Degree in Applied Management is an official university degree, innovative and unique in Spain. It prepares professionals to organise and manage processes, resources and teams, while developing proficiency in at least three languages and the communication skills needed to succeed in international environments.
The learning experience extends beyond the Pamplona campus through two mandatory international stays, offering academic, cultural and linguistic immersion that enhances students' global outlook. First year: Boston (USA). Third year: Paris (France) or Frankfurt (Germany). Fourth year: International exchange or internships. In addition, we offer the possibility of completing internships at international companies.

The School of Applied Management is guided by an Advisory Board composed of professionals from a wide range of sectors together with members

of the School’s Management Board. Their collaboration ensures that the programme keeps pace with the changing needs of organisations and prepares students for today’s professional challenges. Throughout the degree, students complete seven practical projects, around half of which are developed in collaboration with the School’s partner companies, giving them first-hand experience of real business challenges. Each year, students also take part in Sector-Specific Conferences, where leading professionals share insights
into their industries, discuss current trends and explain the profiles and skills employers are looking for.
02. PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Students gain real-world experience through curricular and extracurricular internships, allowing them to explore their career interests and apply their knowledge in professional settings. In the final semester, they can choose between internships at national or international companies or an

academic exchange to further specialise their skills. Through a Learning by Doing approach, students go beyond theory to understand how organisations work in practice. Graduates and alumni also benefit from lifelong access to a dedicated job board.
