SUPERVISED CLINICAL PLACEMENTS
The School offers supervised clinical placements at the University of Navarra Clinic and at a network of public and private healthcare providers across Navarra. In the fourth year, students also have the opportunity to complete their placement at the University of Navarra Clinic in Madrid.
BIOMEDICAL CAMPUS
SIMULATION CENTER
A state-of-the-art Simulation Centre that recreates real clinical environments, including an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), hospital ward, nursing consultation room, and multipurpose simulation spaces. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, it allows students to put their knowledge into practice and develop their clinical skills in a safe, controlled environment.

Students have the opportunity to complete international placements at 22 partner universities across the United States, Asia, South America, and Europe.
OPTIONAL SUMMER PLACEMENTS
The School helps students arrange optional summer placements, allowing them to gain valuable professional experience during the summer months.

DEGREE 01.
Nursing
The Degree in Nursing prepares healthcare professionals with a strong scientific, technical, and humanistic foundation, equipping them to provide expert care for individuals and their families. The School provides every student with a humanistic, cultural, and ethical education designed to complement their academic training and prepare highly qualified professionals with both scientific expertise and strong personal values.
From the first year, students gain practical experience in the Nursing Simulation Centre, applying their knowledge in realistic clinical scenarios. Beginning in the second year, they complete supervised clinical placements at the University of Navarra Clinic, the Navarra University Hospital, and primary healthcare centres.

Palliative Care
A programm for nurses with a global perspective. With 25% of the degree taught in English, this program offers students the opportunity to study in an international environment. During the summer of their second year, students will gain international experience through exchange agreements with universities around the world and participate in the UNAV International Nursing Conference: Nursing Summer School. An enriching experience designed to foster an international and intercultural learning environment.
Designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge, throughout the four years of the degree, in the increasingly important field of palliative care. Students will learn how to better understand and care for people living with serious illness or approaching the end of life, as well as support their families through educational, healthcare, and research-based resources. They will also develop the skills needed to manage their own emotions in challenging clinical situations. The programme includes specialized placements in palliative care units and represents a pioneering university-specific qualification in Spain and Europe.

Psychology of Care
Leadership, Research and Teaching
Gain the essential psychological tools needed for self-care and for providing high-quality care within the nurse–patient relationship. This Diploma aims to promote excellence in healthcare by strengthening students’ knowledge of Psychology and providing more specialized training in this field. Students will take part in theoretical and practical seminars and workshops led by guest lecturers who are experts in the field. Through these sessions, they will learn how to apply specific psychological tools to the clinical practice of nursing, complemented by specialized placements in mental health.
This Diploma introduces students to the different areas in which nurses can exercise leadership, including clinical practice, education, and research. It enables students to understand the responsibilities nurses can assume in each of these areas, as well as their key contribution to advancing knowledge and improving health outcomes for patients and their families. Students will participate in activities focused on academic excellence and nursing research, preparing them to develop outstanding teaching and research skills in the future and to take on leadership roles in both academic and professional environments.
