Sean O’Connor, who became President of Universal Furniture in 2023, brings deeprooted experience and strategic clarity. A third-generation furniture industry professional, he has spent over a decade at Universal. Over the past several years, Sean has been instrumental in building Universal’s upholstered product lines. Under his guidance, Universal is a trusted partner for both traditional retail and interior designers.
Rick Lovegrove, VP of Upholstery, is focused on his vision to create a fresh and unique upholstery identity that can continue to evolve over the coming years. “For me, design is always intentional.
