That responsibility is at the heart of the Georgia Driving School Association.
Over the past nine years, your Association has been working diligently often behind the scenes and often at the policy table for you and for the industry as a whole. This publication reflects that commitment. Enclosed, you will find our 2026 Regulatory Agenda and 2026 Legislative Agenda, both developed to modernize our industry, reduce unnecessary burdens, and ensure that driver education and safety programs in Georgia remain effective, fair, and sustainable.

Equally important, GDSA continues to work closely with the Georgia Department of Driver Services, our regulatory agency, to address outdated processes and administrative inefficiencies that slow down business operations. Many of these efforts are detailed in our 2026 Regulatory Agenda, included in this publication.
