Stand ‘N’ Weld A new era of pipe stands has just been introduced, boasting the innovative design of the Stand ‘N’ Weld fixed and - folding models, safeguarded by the cutting-edge Cougartron technology. These stands are conveniently delivered in parts to facilitate transport, promoting environmental sustainability, and can be effortlessly assembled in just five minutes. Each package comprises the primary housing, a V-head, and a set of legs complete with nuts and bolts. Additionally, roller kits are readily available to accommodate any specific requests. Fixed and foldable legs available. Our folding legs have the duty ratings you need to work on and compact storage when the day is done.
FOLDING & FIXED STANDS Max load of 1500 kg
Roller SS Ball is ideal for use with threading machines, roll grooving, or other pipe working applications. Fits easily onto V Head Pipe Stands (CW1000 & CW100). Our Plastic Wheel Roller, designed to provide robust support for a wide range of materials, including general-purpose and stainless steel, ensuring the prevention of workpiece contamination. All Roller Kits can are available per individual piece, but can be bought as a set. The Roller can be attatched to the existing V head prongs and securely fastening in place with a locking screw. This versatile solution is ideal for both workshop and on-site applications, with a special emphasis on its suitability as a stand for precise pipe cutting using a circular saw. Our Steel Roller Head features an individual piece, robust steel wheels that allow precise positioning adjustments of the pipe during cutting and welding operations (can be bought as a set as well). This versatile head is ideal for providing steadfast support to general-purpose materials. However, please note that it is not suitable for use with stainless steel, as contact with the steel wheels may risk material contamination. These plates seamlessly attach to the existing V head prongs and are securely fastened in place using a locking screw. This makes it an excellent choice for both workshop and on-site applications, making it particularly handy as a sturdy stand for cutting pipes with a circular saw.
