Gachie Royals were on serious business this season. From the first match to the last. Having signed experienced players,their season was smooth. They crushed teams and scared others. Everytime they played,the local fanatics were always on their feet so they don't miss the action.
In frame is their head coach " Munga. "He ran a successfull season. The previous season was full of drama and they only managed to bag the top score,but the 25/26 campaign saw them bagging not just the top scorer(Phredie),but the title itself with wins in all their matches.
TWO DRAWS IN A ROW
It is the second time the second time our highest league players are sharing spoils at home. This time with a controvercy on it. A late penalty was denied to the away team.
The match was a good watch. The visitors had the opener and lead 2-1 at the half.
New Dawn
It has been a long search for Gachie soccer. Finally, they have a touchline that's giving results. Though they are jinxed at Kibagare, the managed to bag a point back home. Their next game was a success. Local fanatics enjoyed the match and the visitors (Runda union) accepted defeat.
Under coach Achesa, the lads seem to be florishing. I think it is too early to conclude that the sleeping giant is finally awake. The team is there and they have a good coach. He is experienced and knows the lads well. Will they have a successful 25/26 season?
SEQURE THE FUTURE
A lot has been done, but no consideration has been put to look after the upcoming footballer. The upcoming youngsters have been neglected here at home. Is that about to change?

The league is set to be played on Sundays from 8-10 Am at our local ground. With only six teams registered, teams around Gachie are urged to register for the league. From categories U-11,13 and 16.
