FOUNDATION THANK YOU FOR PARTNERING UP FOR PLATES IN DECEMBER! Our 2025 Partner Up for Plates Drive was a success! In Strongsville, we collected over 4,000 lbs. of nonperishable food for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank, which serves over 400,000 people across 6 Ohio counties. Across the US, we also worked together as a team of Partners to raise money for Feeding Tampa Bay. During the Gasparilla Bowl, we donated $10,000 to them – equaling 50,000 meals that will now be provided to Floridians across their service area of 10 counties! When we work together, we make a huge impact in our communities. Thank you, Partners!

PARTNERPULSE Partners Support Holiday Providence House Fundraiser On Dec. 9, a group of Partners attended Providence House’s Deck the House fundraiser, a holidaythemed event aiming to raise funds to support the crisis nursery’s mission of keeping children safe and families together. In addition to those who attended as guests, two Union Home Partners also serve on the Providence House Associate Board and volunteered at the event. Providence House has been a long-time nonprofit partner of the Union Home Foundation, and we are so glad our Partners can represent Union Home well in the community!
2026 Intern Class Decorates Cookies at Winter Networking Event The 2025 L.E.A.D. Internship Class was full of exceptional young minds, and we’re excited to share that 22 of this year’s interns have accepted full-time offers! So far, three of them have already started their journeys as full-time Partners – Cameron Feezel, Jacob Welch, and Brendan Shy. Congratulations to all!

HOME&HEALTH JANUARY WELLNESS TIPS: Start 2026 off on the right foot with resolutions that stick. Here are some ways you can build sustainable lifestyle changes this year: • Opt for 3 to 5 solid resolutions. Keeping your list short and sweet will help you stay consistent and avoid burnout. • Know your why. Think about the broader impact your resolution might have on who you are or how you feel, rather than societal or aesthetic reasons. • Don’t go it alone. Social connections = success, so join a group or a class, or partner with a friend. • Focus on health, not dieting. Prioritizing health means you’re more likely to create habits that stick. • Examine your environment. Consider the impact your home has on your attitude and how your space helps you achieve your goals.
JANUARY HOME TIPS: Focus on a fresh start this month with these home tips • Declutter your space. Block off a weekend morning to dedicate time to an area of your home that needs attention. Consider making three piles: cash (items to donate or sell), stash (items to put away for the season), and trash (items that can be tossed or recycled). • Deep clean. Pick 1 room per day to give some extra attention – this is a perfect project once you’re done decluttering! • Get organized. Implement tidy organizational systems like zones in your pantry, shoe storage in your entryway, or organizers in your kitchen / bathroom drawers. That way, your decluttering work doesn’t go to waste!
