WIDENING PARTICIPATION The University of South Wales is committed to supporting underrepresented groups of any age, background or ethnic group and ensuring they are given a fair and equal opportunity to study in a supported manner.

SUMMER SCHOOL Our free Summer School returns on 10th and 11th August. This exciting event offers students the chance to experience university-level study through a programme of interactive subject-specific and HE information, advice and guidance sessions.
Places at the Summer School are limited and will be allocated to Year 12 school and college students from groups currently under-represented in higher education, who meet the eligibility criteria as per the University's 2021-22 Fee and Access Plan.

TEACHER AND ADVISER CPD Throughout the year, the Student Recruitment Team works with over 2,000 teachers and advisers to ensure that they are up-to-date with higher education information, including hosting an annual Teachers' and Advisers' Conference and supporting them in their day-to-day teaching and advisory roles.
