Chelsea BondDirector at PwC
Chelsea Bond ACA is an Audit Director at PwC. She has a passion for delivering highquality audit services to businesses across the Wales and West region, spanning a broad range of industries.
Originally from Neath, resilience and determination have shaped her journey. Chelsea began her career on the PwC Flying Start Programme as part of the first cohort at Reading University - a programme that she now proudly champions. She spent the first three years of her career in London, gaining invaluable experience, before returning to Wales. She has called Cardiff her home since 2016.
Beyond her professional role, Chelsea is passionate about empowering women in business. As a mother of twin girls, she is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where talent thrives and diversity drives success.
Chelsea believes in open and honest conversations, being approachable, and empathising with the challenges businesses face in today’s economic climate. Her goal is simple: to provide exceptional service to clients and create meaningful experiences for her teams.
Chelsea’s talk will cover her background, PwC (and what life is like in the organisation), before moving on to discuss opportunities and PwC’s selection process.
