storylines: 1. Series History UNF and Miami are meeting for the fourth time ... the Ospreys and Hurricanes last met in 2016 ... that match was in Jacksonville ... UNF has played road matches against the Hurricanes in 2015 and 2006 ... Miami won each meeting. 2. Last Time Out JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - After time changes, a field location switch and playing surface change, North Florida women’s soccer wasn’t able to adjust to Georgia Southern late in the second half as the Ospreys (1-1-0) dropped a 3-1 decision to the Eagles (1-1-1) Thursday, August 25. 3. A Pair of Firsts Both of UNF’s goals thus far have come from first-time goal scorers ... Jersi Dadah provided the game-winning goal in the 1-0 win against MTSU in the season opener, and freshman speedster Allie Fekany broke away from the defense to score her inaugural goal against Georgia Southern. 4. Back at a Familiar Place UNF’s Ariana Munoz earned a pair of letters as a member of the Miami women’s soccer program before returning home to Jacksonville and join UNF ... Munoz tallied 14 games played and one start with the Hurricanes. 5. Newcomers of Note UNF brings in 11 newcomers this season, including 10 true freshmen ... the Ospreys welcome a pair of four-year college transfers in graduate transfer Gabby Daly out of Notre Dame and sophomore Sophia Hayag
