storylines: 1. Series History UNF and Georgia are meeting for the first time ... UNF is facing an SEC opponent for the first time since taking on Florida last year ... UNF and Florida met in exhibition play this year as well. 2. Last Time Out MACON, Ga. - Unpredictable weather has been a theme throughout the first few weeks of the North Florida women’s soccer season. That motif ensued Sunday night as UNF’s match at Mercer was deemed a no contest after play was halted following an extended weather delay 3. “Weather” or Not We’ll Play UNF has had every single match outside of the Miami match altered by the weather this year. The first two matches of the year either had a time, date or playing surface change. UNF and UCF was canceled due to rain and the UNF at Mercer match was suspended at halftime due to weather. 4. A Pair of Firsts Both of UNF’s goals thus far have come from first-time goal scorers ... Jersi Dadah provided the game-winning goal in the 1-0 win against MTSU in the season opener, and freshman speedster Allie Fekany broke away from the defense to score her inaugural goal against Georgia Southern. 5. Gaining Experience UNF has sent 21 student-athletes to the pitch in each of the first three matches on the season ... nine different Ospreys have made their UNF debuts as well.
