storylines: 1. Series History UNF and UCF are meeting for the third time ... the Ospreys and Knights last met in 2013 ... that match was in Tampa, Fla. ... UNF will host UCF for the first time in series history ... UNF has failed to beat UCF through the first two meetings. 2. Last Time Out CORAL GABLES, Fla. - Both North Florida and Miami sent over 20 student-athletes on to the pitch in a tightly contested match Sunday night. When 90 minutes elapsed, it was a lone Miami (2-0-2) goal in the 51st minute that proved to be the difference against UNF (1-2-0). 3. A Pair of Firsts Both of UNF’s goals thus far have come from first-time goal scorers ... Jersi Dadah provided the game-winning goal in the 1-0 win against MTSU in the season opener, and freshman speedster Allie Fekany broke away from the defense to score her inaugural goal against Georgia Southern. 4. Goalkeeper Union Sofia Miliancono was the third UNF goalkeeper to get minutes under her belt this season ... she made her first career start for the Ospreys and playing the full 90 minutes against Miami on Sunday. 5. Gaining Experience UNF has sent 21 student-athletes to the pitch in each of the first three matches on the season ... nine different Ospreys have made their UNF debuts as well.
