Hours: Between 10-16 hours a week during term time and occasional hours during the summer, with the possibility of some work on evenings and weekends. During busy periods at the SU, you might be expected to work a maximum 16 hours. We want the hours to suit both the post holder and the needs of the organisation, so will be discussed and mutually agreed upon. We value all our employees' mental and physical well-being. All colleagues are required to take an unpaid 45-minute break from any 9-5 shift to ensure they have their necessary rest and recuperation time. Hybrid and flexible working can be discussed: We know that students are working around a range of other commitments; we try to accommodate flexible working where possible
Hourly Rate of Pay: You will be paid the Real Living Wage which is currently £12.22 per hour, these rates also include allowance for holiday pay at 12.07%.
