Preferred Admission (PA) is a way for an applicant to indicate interest in later transferring to an upper-level program or the Ross School of Business. Students are first admitted to a first-year school or college and then evaluated for PA. If they are selected, they can later transfer into the upper-level program they applied to. Accepted students must meet prerequisites, which vary by program, during their first year at U-M to transfer to the upper-level program. → myumi.ch/ypN22
