April arrives as a beautiful reminder that growth is continuous and deeply rooted in connection. As we move forward in service, scholarship, and sisterhood, we are called to nurture both our environment and one another. In honoring Earth Day, we reaffirm our commitment to care for our communities, our planet, and the sisterhood that binds us together. As we also celebrate the spirit of Easter, may we be reminded of renewal, hope, and the promise of new beginnings. Let this season inspire us to walk in faith, love deeply, and extend grace to one another.
Let us be intentional about how we show up for one another. Random Acts of Sisterliness can be as simple as a warm greeting, a word of encouragement, or taking the time to connect with someone new. At our next chapter meeting, challenge yourself to sit at a different table and engage with sorors you may not know as well. These small yet meaningful actions help cultivate a stronger, more connected chapter.
Please join me in warmly welcoming our reactivated, transfer, and undergraduate transfer sorors who have joined Alpha Gamma Omega since January 1, 2026: Sorors Kiri Arrington-White, Yolanda Beck, Lauren Blake, Marlisha Burris, Ryan Christian, Marcia Darden, Jacqueline Harding, Shirley Harris, Nia Lambert, Sydney Lavette, Sasha Lawrence, Yasmine Sissiko, Carita Walker, Kahlila Williams, and Feben Worku. We are truly grateful that you have chosen AGO as your chapter home. May you find connection, purpose, and joy as you engage, serve, and grow within our sisterhood.
As we continue this journey together, we look forward to gathering in Phoenix for the 97th Far Western Regional Conference, April 16–19, 2026.
This experience will provide meaningful opportunities to deepen our sisterhood through engaging workshops, impactful community service, and enriching learning sessions designed to strengthen our leadership and purpose. We will also have a dinner meetup on Friday evening. Please be on the lookout for additional details via the upcoming flyer. Be sure to join the Regional GroupMe to stay connected and receive real-time updates throughout the conference. I encourage each of you to fully embrace this experience, connect with fellow sorors, be present in every moment, and return inspired, renewed, and ready to elevate our chapter.
