We proudly present our inspiration book filled with unique projects and a glimpse of what is yet to come. Based in Amsterdam, we deliver bespoke total design concepts around the world. These range from hotels, private homes, office spaces, restaurants, entire apartment buildings — even neighborhoods — to projects such as a houseboat a unique starter kitchen or the perfect sofa. We shift boundaries and raise the bar of what is possible. Our team is as comfortable with the fundamentals of building as with the finish of fabrics. With three decades of experience in over forty countries, we pay attention to context, local culture, and above all, the wishes of the client. We create environments of refined sophistication that harmonize setting, exterior and interior. Each delivers personal depth and invigoration. To be in them is to feel good. Piet Boon, who has a thorough knowledge of building, focuses upon exteriors, infrastructure, and the delineation of spaces for optimal flow, space, and light. Creative Director Karin Meyn, from a family of inventors and artists, envisions the interiors with a combination of practicality and intuition. “Although our signature qualities are natural materials, strong lines, and comfort, no two clients are alike. Each project expresses the identity of the client — private or corporate — what they love and find important,” says Meyn. 4

Harmony is key. “Chaos in your surroundings is chaos in your head.” Yet, the interiors are never dull. The unexpected, “a surprising element that touches you,” are part of the total vision. The beauty of ‘imperfection,’ the surprising natural variations of materials captured in the clean lines of timeless design, creates dynamism. “We give the direction,” says Meyn, “and our international team of experienced top designers come up with innovative solutions. Functionality and durability are never compromised. This is a lively, sometimes combative, process among a passionate group of creative talents who complement each other. We spur each other to the next level.” Roland Kokkeler, Chief Design Officer, has end-responsibility for all projects, assuring not only the highest level of client satisfaction, but also that every project fulfils the trinity of functionality, aesthetics, and individuality that defines us.
