The University of Iowa Museum of Art (UIMA) kicked off the Spring 2011 semester by opening the first UI Faculty Exhibition since 2007. On the University campus, the UIMA opens the exhibition 'Lil Picard and Counterculture New York' and provide ample programming to accomany the exhibition that 'The New Yorker' calls "part corrective, part window into how art makes it into the canon."
