CARAMEL COFFEE SMOOTHIE Ingredients

● 1 cup preferred milk ● 1 scoop vanilla protein powder ● 1 shot espresso or 4oz of coffee ● 1 banana ● 1 pitted date ● 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed ● 1 spoonful Almond butter

Instructions 1. Brew 4 oz of coffee or 1 shot espresso 2. Gather appliances: blender, knife, glasses and measuring instruments 3. Peel banana and cut to suit blender size 4. Measure flaxseed and nut butter 5. Add ingredients into blender in order from wet to dry to ensure proper blending 6.
