Ingredients* * Yields 2 Bowls Seasoning blend:
1 cup brown rice 1 chicken breast (~6 ounces) Or substitute 1 cup black beans or chickpeas
1 medium sweet potato 1 red bell pepper 1 small onion (red or white) 1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli ¼ cup shredded cheese 1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp each of brown sugar, chili powder ½ tsp each of ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika ¼ tsp each of salt, black pepper
BBQ sauce (to taste) - we used Bachan’s Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce
