Your goal is to complete the mindful maze. Do one mindfulness activity each day based on the color of the pumpkin where you land. The color of the pumpkin shows how long the activity will take.

Complete a breathing exercise. Define your purpose for the day. Create a gratitude list. Take 10 deep breaths. Place positive affirmations around your space. Complete the 5 senses exercise. Stay off of technology after waking up.

Choose a nutritious snack. Track your water intake. Set up your sleep environment. Watch the sunrise or sunset. Complete a journaling activity. Organize your space. Create 3 goals for the week.

Call a friend or family member. Take a technology-free walk. Listen to your favorite music or podcast. Cook your favorite meal. Take a relaxing shower or bath. Participate in guided yoga. Make time for your favorite activity.
