NSSE 2016 Engagement Indicators: NSSE survey results on student engagement and program effectiveness for UHD faculty and administrators.
This report presents NSSE 2016 engagement indicators to help University of Houston–Downtown faculty and administrators assess how well programs, courses, and co-curricular services promote student learning, retention, and success. It includes benchmarking data, analysis of high‑impact practices, and actionable assessment tools for diverse urban student populations. Use these findings to guide curricular improvements, accreditation evidence, and strategic planning across UHD’s campuses.
