FINANCIAL AID & SCHOLARSHIPS
APPLY FOR SCHOLARSHIPS
Scholarships offered outside of UC San Diego or your chosen university are a great way to supplement the cost of attendance. Research scholarships offered in your community or nationally and apply for those for which you qualify.
BLUE & GOLD OPPORTUNITY PLAN
Ensures California residents with a total family annual income less than $80,000 and who qualify for financial aid won’t pay UC’s systemwide tuition and fees out of pocket.
STUDENT STORY

Nadia (they/them)
At UC San Diego, I’ve been able to do research on labor work and immigration and migrant health public health research through the Undergraduate Research Scholarship summer program. I also did the McNair Scholars Program, which is open to any students interested in pursuing a Ph.D. So that really motivated me to continue my research, and I’m currently conducting my own research independently doing my own study with my research mentor.
