After logging into your Applicant Portal BEATRITON.UCSD.EDU/APPLY/STATUS
• Review your contract for Maintaining Admission
• View your College Financing Plan, when available
• Check the Events tab on your portal for upcoming events
• Accept your offer of admission
• Complete the California Residency for Tuition Purposes questionnaire, if you haven’t already starting May 1
Upon graduation, request official transcripts from all schools attended. Visit our FAQs for transcript ordering instructions by June 7
Submit your housing application by June 16
Housing contract and prepayment available by June 29
Submit signed housing contract and $450 housing prepayment by July 1
Official transcripts due to the Undergraduate Admissions Office. Late transcripts can delay registration. by July 15
Final test scores (AP, IB, TOEFL) due to the Admissions Office



If you filed a FAFSA or CA Dream Act Application, your College Financing Plan (CFP) is available in your Applicant Portal. Please review the plan for an estimate of your expected financial aid for the upcoming academic year.
Some awards are contingent on fund availability so respond promptly to any requests for documents. If your award changes (due to regulations or your information) a revised award notice will be posted in your Applicant Portal.

Your college will host your orientation program in early fall. Orientation is required for all incoming students, and it’s a great way to get to know the campus and make new friends!
The orientation will help you:
• Understand your college and its requirements.
• Meet other new UC San Diego students.
• Learn about important campus resources.
