Dear uAMWA members,
Thank you for such a successful semester. Our uAMWA branch has been able to thrive and reach its full potential with your continued participation. This semester, our branch has amassed 214 members, which is monumental compared to the 76 members that AMWA had last fall. Among these amazing members, we must highlight the 51 of those members who were able to achieve active membership. Again, this is a huge feat compared to the 31 active members we had last fall semester. We also had our
largest GBM in our branch’s history with 102 members in September. The success of our branch definitely did not go unnoticed, as the UF uAMWA chapter won the “National AMWA Premedical Divisions - Active Branch Award.” This is an enormous accomplishment, and we owe it all to our devoted members! We hope that you all have a wonderful and relaxing winter break, and we cannot wait to see you in the spring! In the meantime, enjoy a collage of some of our most notable events of the semester.
