BEMKO Sp. z o.o. is an electrotechnical company with an established position on the market, steadily increasing its share in the production of lighting and electrotechnical equipment in Poland and abroad. Established in 2007, the company currently distributes its products in Poland and the European Union through an extensive network of wholesalers supported by regional Sales Managers. The company’s head office is located in Jawczyce near Warszawa close to the Konotopa motorway junction.

BEMKO’s main idea is to provide customers with innovative products that respond to current trends in the lighting market, taking into account technological progress in the industry, while ensuring a balance between quality and energy efficiency.

We enjoy our work and care about the comfort and satisfaction of our customers by offering professional and tailored solutions while providing continuous commercial, technical, marketing, design, and logistic support.

We focus on the quality and reliability of our products. We are inspired by changes in the lighting market and are actively working in our Research and Development Centre to make a real difference for the better.

To meet your expectations, Bemko implemented new quality standards for its luminaires in 2022. We have made improvements in terms of luminous efficacy and extended daily operating times. Currently, for all our luminaires under the Bemko and Luxmen brands, 12 h/day operation is standard.

Our range was extended with luminaires for which we offer a 3-year warranty for 24 h/day operation! Luminaires of this type include the new LED-24h Panels, HBP3, HBU3 Highbay, HLB, HLA3, HLS hermetic luminaires, and LFC floodlights.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

Research & Development Centre

The high product quality and modern design are the result of an extensive research programme carried out at our Research and Development Centre.

The laboratory was established in 2019 and is equipped with high-end measuring instruments (including GPM goniophotometer and Ulbricht spheres) to improve technical solutions and optimise the performance characteristics of all our luminaires. Ensuring the highest quality of our products is our priority. The products on offer are characterised by a modern design and high-quality workmanship confirmed by specialised independent testing bodies.

The capabilities of the Research and Development Centre allow us to control the quality of our products in terms of compliance with:

• Safety of use requirements,

• Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements,

• Declared photometric parameters,

• IK mechanical resistance,

• Electrical parameters of power supplies.

Luminaires marked with a RAL symbol in the catalogue are made to special order. Depending on the material the luminaire is made of, our specialists select the best possible painting technique.

Powder coating is the most durable method of colouring metal surfaces and components. The applied special powdered paint is cured using high temperatures of up to 200°C. The paint using this method forms a perfectly uniform coating on the component.

Spray painting is an effective method that allows parts and workpieces made of almost all plastics to be accurately coated with paint. The dye is applied to the surface using a spray method.

We use powder coating for the following luminaires: QLS, QLR, HBT, HBL, BLD, SKL, TLR.

Spray painting is used for the following components: ceiling light fixtures, such as PSF711-712, LED panels, DLM, DLU, DLO, SLS.

IP DEGREE OF PROTECTION

Degree of protection against water and foreign bodies provided by the enclosure. The first numeral after the IP index refers to the protection against the ingress of solid objects. The second numeral rates the protection against the ingress of water into the enclosure.
