FORMER RAINE & Horne franchisee owner Julie-Ann Manahan says she’s shrugging off the “stereotypical real estate franchise model” by launching ‘MANA’, which she said offers a new way forward. After seven years with Raine & Horne Ocean Shores and Murwillumbah, Ms Manahan and Charlie Markham have made the momentous decision to launch their own brand in the Northern Rivers and Tweed Shire. “We don’t want to be restricted by a franchise. We believe things can be done better,” she told The Weekly Real Estate. “Our focus is local. We know how special this part of the world is and we love our community. “Giving back is our mantra.
