Real Estate FROM COAST TO COUNTRY

TWEED COAST local and passionate Witheriff Group sales director, Jordan Brown, is at the top of his game and was recently recognised with some major industry accolades. Jordan was named Top Agent for Kingscliff and Casuarina in 2025 by realestate.com.au and was also awarded Top Agent for Kingscliff by RateMyAgent, two outstanding titles in Tweed’s high-paced real estate market. The honours follow a standout year for the gun salesman, who sold 69 properties in 12 months, achieving a median sale price of $1.65 million. At one point in 2025 Jordan was on a roll and he completed seven property sales in a single week. Jordon started his career in 2016 working at a local real estate agency, starting in front reception before making his way through the ranks. He later managed one of the largest holiday rental

portfolios on the Tweed Coast, where his strategies helped boost rental returns by more than 30 per cent annually. Jordan put his success down to his close ties with the coastal communities of Kingscliff and Casuarina.
