When I reflect on everything Turner Industries achieved in 2025, I’m reminded of why I’m so proud to serve alongside the incredible people who make this company what it is. Last year had its share of challenges, but it was also a year of exciting “firsts” — expanding into new markets and emerging sectors, strengthening our presence with new services in established ones, and pioneering safety initiatives that are helping define the future of our industry. Everything we accomplish is a direct reflection of the passion and trust our employees place into this company.
Safety is built into everything we do, and in 2025, our employees safely worked over 45 million hours across 491 jobsites. Beyond the numbers, we rolled out new programs shifting our focus toward proactive hazard identification and “learning from normal work” — ensuring our workforce is not only protected but empowered to build a safer environment every day.
We also achieved a significant milestone by expanding our presence in the Midcontinent Region with a new office in Salt Lake City, bringing our turnkey industrial solutions to new clients while deepening our commitment to the existing clients and communities where we operate.
Through our award-winning “Choose Your Path” program and other outreach efforts, we continue to recruit and invest in the next generation of skilled workers, engaging thousands of students each year to inspire careers in the craft professions. Our charitable contributions and employee-led community efforts made a meaningful difference in 2025, and we remain committed to building on that impact.
As we move through 2026, we are energized by the progress we’ve made and the opportunities ahead — dedicated to being a force for good for our clients, our employees, and the communities we call home. Because at Turner, the greatest ROI has always been Return on Integrity.
Stephen M. Toups Chief Executive Officer Turner Industries Group, LLC

A young engineer named Bert Turner buys Nichols Construction Company out of bankruptcy. The company specializes in industrial construction, heavy equipment, hauling, and rigging and equipment rental. It doesn’t take Turner long to realize that the industrial construction industry is a series of peaks and valleys. So, he begins to take steps to ensure a steady stream of revenue, embarking on industrial contract maintenance and other services that fulfill the needs of Turner’s clients. In 1968, Turner hires Roland Toups, who currently serves as executive chairman.
Mr. Turner begins to acquire companies and add additional services like scaffolding, as well as continually expanding the equipment fleet and buying bigger cranes. These moves provide the company with opportunities to manage and control most of the elements that make up construction, maintenance, and turnaround work.

The Turner group enters the fabrication business, forming International Piping Systems, and introduces a pipe bending process that revolutionizes the pipe fabrication business in the United States. The company participates in many of the large industrial construction projects being built in the Gulf South at the time.

Industrial specialty services, such as NDE and inspection services, specialized welding, and environmental remediation are added to fill client needs as they arise. Proprietary programs are developed internally to better track and manage work.
The early companies are consolidated into one entity—Turner Industries Group—with four main business lines: Construction; Maintenance and Turnarounds; Pipe and Module Fabrication; and Equipment and Specialty Services. Four fabrication facilities located across the Gulf South make Turner one of the leading pipe fabricators in the United States.
Turner Tablet Applications put information in the hands of frontline workers—keeping leaders at the work face instead of tied up in administrative tasks. This commitment to digitization powers our ever-evolving DECIDE WITH DATA® software and services portfolio, a digital “toolbox” that turns jobsite data into decisions that reduce costs, save time, and improve safety. We also build additional “onestop” hiring and training facilities and open new regional offices, setting the pace for the future of work in our industry.
Turner Industries has opened a new operations facility in Salt Lake City, Utah, marking a significant milestone in the company’s strategic growth across the Midcontinent Region. The facility serves as a hub for expanded service delivery to energy and industrial clients throughout the Midcontinent.

Turner Industries continues to pursue opportunities in new markets and emerging sectors. From data centers and pharmaceuticals to renewable energy infrastructure, we are strategically positioned to meet the evolving demands of industry.
Turner Industries is continuing to develop future leaders with our multidivisional, structured, on-the-job training program designed to equip ambitious individuals with the skills and knowledge they need to thrive in the industry.

The Turner Industries New Iberia, Louisiana facility has direct access to deep water and major interstates. This means modules can be efficiently shipped across the country and offshore. By being able to fabricate, assemble, transport, and install, Turner offers a “ONE Solution” for modular fabrication projects.
Turner Industries’ Sustainability & Innovation Solutions Group is working to advance the company’s sustainability initiatives with a strategic focus on reducing emissions and waste. With demand for sustainable business practices on the rise, Turner wants to remain ahead of the competition and focus on issues that matter to the members of our community.

At Turner Industries, a culture of safety is built into everything we do. In 2025, our employees worked 45,827,995 hours at 491 jobsites. Our programs and initiatives are designed so that everyone has the right knowledge, tools, and guidance to perform at the highest level and make it home safely at the end of each day.
We are constantly searching for new ways to protect our employees and our clients’ assets. Our safety programs emphasize “learning from normal work” and proactive hazard identification, ensuring every worker is prepared before a task begins. In 2025, we introduced several additional initiatives, further strengthening a safety culture built on preparation, accountability, and trust.
Built on Human and Organizational Performance principles, Impact changes how Turner approaches workplace incidents by focusing on why things happen rather than who’s at fault. When mistakes occur, Impact looks at system issues like unclear instructions or inadequate equipment instead of blaming individuals. This approach builds a culture of learning and trust, making it easier for employees to succeed by creating better, safer systems.
The Walk the Job initiative is a proactive safety program centered on the mandatory principle of “No Walk, No Work.”

Launched in partnership with American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM), this initiative helps identify potential hazards and makes sure everyone understands the work scope, risks, and required safeguards. As workloads have become more complex, Walk the Job ensures that even routine tasks receive proper oversight.

In 2025, industry organizations recognized Turner with several awards such as CURT’s Construction Industry Project Excellence Award and ABC’s Top Performer. Our employees are the key to our safety success, and any recognition we receive is only possible due to their diligence and commitment.

The Turner Top-Job JSA Recognition Program acknowledges outstanding individual and team efforts in communicating hazard awareness and control through the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) process.

This involves creating practical and effective solutions to eliminate or manage those identified risks throughout the job.
The key to a successful JSA is making sure every crew member is involved in the conversation, ensuring the safety plan is a team effort.
Clear communication is used to ensure the entire team understands the safety plan, the hazards, and the safety steps required.

At Turner Industries, we prioritize our role as a responsible corporate citizen by investing in the communities where our employees live and work. We believe it is our responsibility to help build stronger, more resilient communities and improve the quality of life for local residents.
Our culture is defined by these ongoing initiatives and the collective impact of TEAM Turner’s volunteer efforts. By engaging in these partnerships, we strive to create positive change and ensure a brighter, safer future for everyone.

gives our employees the platform to champion the causes they personally believe in, backed by the full strength of the company.
From supporting after-school programs to stocking food pantries, our employees brought their hands, hearts, and hustle to those who needed it most.

Turner Industries’ commitment to service knows no borders, and our employees are proving that corporate responsibility is a nationwide mission that starts with addressing local needs. We are proud to spotlight two organizations that embody this philosophy: The Bridge Over Troubled Waters and First Tuesday.
While their missions differ — one providing a lifeline for survivors of crisis and the other creating a monthly movement of corporate volunteerism — they share a common thread: they have the support and dedication of TEAM Turner.

Stuart Gilly, founder of First Tuesday, encourages businesses to “give back in a different, heartful way.” The initiative connects local companies with non-profit volunteer opportunities on the first Tuesday of every month, all aimed at building a more healthy, vibrant Greater Baton Rouge community.
“We are deeply grateful for Turner Industries’ partnership, trust, and commitment to seeing First Tuesday become a force for positive change in our community. Turner’s support has been a true catalyst for our growth and impact. Their volunteers consistently show up with the right energy, effort, and commitment to creating a meaningful service experience. First Tuesday is incredibly thankful to have Turner Industries in our corner.”

Olivia Rivers is executive director of The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, an organization that provides a safe space to those navigating domestic violence, sexual assault, and trafficking. In partnership with TEAM Turner, The Bridge provides environments of healing and dignity, planting “seeds of confidence” that ensure a resilient future for every survivor.
“Turner’s support directly strengthens the work we do with children and youth who have experienced trauma. Their volunteers show up as safe, caring adults who model consistency, encouragement, and belief in their potential, which is transformative for young people who are rebuilding trust and learning to dream again. Turner’s investment strengthens our programs, lifts the burden on our staff, and tangibly improves the safety, stability, and healing outcomes for the people we serve.”

United Way is Turner Industries’ primary philanthropic focus because it supports the neighborhoods our employees call home. The involvement of Turner’s employees in the United Way campaign is essential for several reasons:
Community Impact: United Way identifies and meets the most pressing local needs, from medical access to disaster response.
Efficiency and Scale: By pooling resources, we achieve a level of community support that no individual could reach alone.
Employee Engagement and Morale: Taking part in these campaigns strengthens team spirit by giving our employees a meaningful way to give back and a shared sense of purpose.
Long-Term Community Development: Beyond immediate crisis relief, United Way invests in long-term financial stability and health programs, ensuring our communities are built to thrive for generations to come.
United Way campaigns empower businesses to be a force for good, uniting people to create stronger, healthier communities for everyone — at both the local and national levels. Our involvement makes a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.

$1,510 ,499

At Turner Industries, we believe our responsibility doesn’t end when the project is complete. While our annual United Way campaign is our main philanthropic focus, our commitment to corporate responsibility reaches much further. We view community investment as an extension of our core business, and we take pride in the philosophy of Bert Turner: a company cannot thrive in a failing community. With all of our efforts, we are able to shape the future in the places our employees live and work.
We support a variety of causes, including education, youth development, essential needs, healthcare, and social justice.
