The equipment listed here was routinely serviced and maintained during its time at Foster Dairy Farms, and we have made every effort to represent these lots with complete transparency. Please note that five lots are currently enrolled in California Air Board programs and must remain in the appropriate district.

1) All Buyers must provide the information required by the auctioneer in order to be approved. If you want to provide a Bank Letter of Guarantee. All letters must be emailed to tlayvideoauction@yahoo.com. The letter must state and represent as follows: (Customer Name) is a customer in good standing at our bank. We will guarantee the payment of checks on his account(account number) up to (specify amount) dollars for purchase at your auction in Turlock, California on June 11, 2026. We hereby agree that no stop payment will be issued in conjunction with this letter.” 2) There is ZERO buyers premium/commission to be charged for this auction. 3) Sales Tax will be charged on all lots at 7.75%. Applicable buyers may submit a CDTFA-230D Partial Exemption Certificate Qualified Sales and Purchase of Farm Equipment and Machinery for a reduced sales tax rate of 2.75%. 4) Payment in full must be made within 24 hours prior to loading the lot/s in the form Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check or a Company Check accompanied with a bank letter of guarantee made out to Turlock Livestock Auction Yard 5) All purchases must be removed from the premises in 2 weeks.
6) Bidders are personally responsible for any bids made with their Bidding Number. If the highest bid for any particular lot is submitted using your Bidding Number, you are responsible and liable for any payments due hereunder, without protest, set-off or claim against Turlock Livestock Auction Yard
7) The highest bidder for each Lot shall be the Purchaser, and in the event of any dispute the Auctioneer and shall have absolute discretion either to settle such dispute as they determine or to re-offer the lot for sale.
