The New Market Skills Center Brian Scharber
Scholarship was awarded to Andrew Chappel. Andrew will be attending DigiPen Institute of
Technology in Redmond to study computer science
and game design. The scholarship is funded by family, friends, and the community in honor of
former Tumwater IT Manager Brian Scharber (Yes, Cody’s father), who passed away in 2017. Anyone
wishing to contribute to the scholarship fund can
send a contribution to the New Market Skills Center Foundation.
