This project is located in a small coastal village in Heraklion, Analipsi, and aims to attract digital nomads. The site, overlooking the Libyan Sea, is a quiet, non-touristic area known for its natural beauty.The proposal explores community living while maintaining privacy. Circular housing units provide private spaces for living and working, while shared workspaces encourage interaction. These spaces are equipped with digital infrastructure, allowing users to work and connect globally.
The museum is located in the center of Chania, opposite 1866 Square. Its main idea is to connect with the city through a staircase that links the square to the museum, creating a smooth transition from urban space to interior. The design uses marble, glass, and metal to create a bright, open space with views of the historic center. The museum includes temporary exhibitions on the ground floor, a permanent exhibition on the first floor, and an interactive mediatheque with AR/VR on the second floor. An outdoor café enhances the visitor experience and connection to the city.
