• I trattamenti wellness vengono svolti dalle ore 9:30 alle 15:00 dal lunedì al venerdì.
• Raccomandiamo di riservare i trattamenti benessere contestualmente alla prenotazione della camera oppure prima dell’inizio della vostra vacanza per poter effettuare il trattamento desiderato al momento desiderato.
• Vi invitiamo a presentarvi almeno 5-10 minuti prima dell’orario prenotato. In caso di ritardo, la durata del trattamento potrebbe essere ridotta per non posticipare gli appuntamenti successivi.
• La cancellazione dei trattamenti può essere effettuata con un preavviso di almeno 24 ore per evitare il pagamento di una penale. In caso di mancata presentazione viene addebitato l’intero importo.
• L’accesso alla cabina massaggi è riservato esclusivamente agli ospiti maggiorenni.
• Vi invitiamo a informare il personale prima del trattamento in caso di gravidanza, allergie, problemi di salute o terapie mediche in corso, affinché il trattamento possa essere adattato o valutato correttamente.
• Wellnessbehandlungen finden von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 9:30 und 15:00 Uhr statt.
• Wir empfehlen, die Behandlungen gleichzeitig mit der Zimmerbuchung oder vor Beginn des Aufenthalts zu reservieren, damit Sie Ihre Wunschbehandlung zu Ihrem Wunschtermin erhalten.
• Bitte erscheinen Sie mindestens 5 bis 10 Minuten vor dem Termin. Bei Verspätung könnte sich die Behandlungszeit entsprechend verkürzen, um Auswirkungen auf anschließende Termine zu vermeiden.
• Stornieren Sie Ihre Behandlung bitte mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem Termin, da ansonsten eine Gebühr anfällt. Bei Nicht-Erscheinen stellen wir den Gesamtbetrag in Rechnung.
• Der Zugang zum Massagebereich ist nur für volljährige Gäste möglich.
• Bitte informieren Sie das Personal vor der Behandlung über Schwangerschaften, Allergien, Gesundheitsprobleme oder laufende medizinische Therapien, damit wir die Behandlung auf Sie abstimmen und korrekt durchführen können.
